Delete Your Moshimo Account

The ordinary deletion path is built into the app and does not require an email or support request.

Delete in the app

Sign in and open Account (Me in earlier versions).
Tap Delete Account.
Review what will be permanently removed.
Tap Delete Forever and confirm.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, saved targets, and app preferences.
Your Call for Me requests, My Calls / Activity records, recordings, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and related identifiers from active Moshimo systems.
Associated Retell provider call resources are requested for deletion as part of eligible record and account cleanup.

Effect on Call Passes and purchases

Account deletion immediately and permanently forfeits all remaining Call Pass time and minutes. Deletion is not an Apple App Store or Google Play refund request, does not guarantee a refund, and prevents Restore Purchases from recovering the deleted account's former access. Submit any eligible refund request to the applicable store separately before deleting if you want it to be considered.

Limited exceptions

Limited encrypted backups and provider backups expire through normal rotation. We may retain an account-unlinked, access-restricted store transaction and refund record only when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, refunds, financial reporting, legal claims, enforcing obligations, or preventing the same store transaction from being redeemed twice. It may include the store transaction identifier, store, product, environment, purchase or refund timestamps and status, and related Pass grant terms. This is pseudonymous transaction data, not anonymous data, and its use is restricted to those purposes. De-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may remain.

Deleting Moshimo data does not cancel a booking or another obligation independently accepted by a business or third party.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@zeroinnovavi.com from the account address when possible. We will verify the request before deleting the account. This assisted route is a fallback; ordinary deletion remains available in the app.
