Products and prices

The US-dollar amounts below are reference base prices. Apple App Store or Google Play displays the final localized price, currency, and any applicable tax in its purchase confirmation sheet before you authorize payment.

Additional charges

Moshimo does not add a separate purchase fee. Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge for data access. You remain responsible for any price, cancellation charge, deposit, medical bill, fare, or other obligation you separately authorize with the business or another third party called on your behalf.

Payment method, timing, and delivery

Apple processes payment for App Store purchases using your Apple Account, and Google processes payment for Google Play purchases using your Google Play payment method. Moshimo does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

The Pass becomes available immediately after the App Store or Google Play transaction is completed and Moshimo's server verifies it. If verification is delayed, use Restore Purchases or contact support. Only one Call for Me request may be actively calling at a time, and each call is limited to five minutes.

Duration, minutes, and renewal

A day is a fixed 24-hour period. A Pass requires both unexpired time and remaining minutes and ends when either is exhausted. It does not renew automatically and creates no recurring charge.

A further deliberate purchase while a Pass is active adds its minutes and extends its duration from the later of the existing expiration time or the new purchase time. Unused minutes expire and are not revived by a later purchase.

Cancellation, refunds, restoration, and account deletion

Digital access is delivered immediately and generally cannot be returned like a physical product. Purchase cancellations and refund requests are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play rules, as applicable, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Restore Purchases can re-associate supported transactions with the same signed-in Moshimo account after a reinstall or device change. Deleting the Moshimo account immediately and permanently forfeits unused Pass time and minutes, does not automatically request a refund, and prevents later restoration of that access.

No Moshimo restaurant guarantee

Moshimo does not currently collect a restaurant guarantee deposit through the public app. Any charge or obligation independently requested by a restaurant, clinic, hotel, carrier, or other third party is separate from a Call Pass.
